NEW DELHI: Pharma shares ended up buying and selling on a negative note on Friday’s afternoon session.
Shares of Alkem Laboratories (up 2.42 per cent), Dr Reddys Laboratories (up .54 for every cent), Divis Laboratories (up .44 for every cent) and Cadila Healthcare (up .19 for every cent) were being among the top gainers.
Although Lupin (down 6.09 for every cent), Biocon (down 1.29 for each cent), Sun Pharmaceutical Industries (down 1.12 for every cent), Aurobindo Pharma (down .36 per cent) and Torrent Prescribed drugs (down .2 for every cent) were being the top losers in the index.
The Nifty Pharma index was buying and selling .55 per cent down at 11340.5 all around 11:45AM.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was down 16.50 factors at 11183.65, even though the BSE Sensex was 91.17 factors at 37934.28.
Between the 50 shares in the Nifty index, 30 were investing in the green, although 20 ended up in the crimson.
Shares of Indeed Bank, Vodafone Thought, Alok Industries, RBL Bank Ltd. and Tata Motors were among the most traded shares on the NSE.
